Zhuang Hong Yi is a Chinese artist born in Shi Chuan in 1962.
Zhuang Hong Yi’s initial inspiration was draw from the work of french impressionist painters.
However Zhuang Hong Yi’s work also demonstrates his admiration for Kinetic art and his deep influence from buddhist philosophy.

Zhuang Hong Yi’s message: according to the circumstances, the viewing angle, one’s social or physical status, one’s perception of evolving reality, everyone’s image of reality is singular, subjective and can not be confused with that of the others. When certain people see « La vie en rose » others can see it in black. ‎In this lies the complexity of our perception, of our existence.
